Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During high-demand periods, processing may extend to 5–7 business days. We will always email you with updates if your order requires additional time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping speed. Standard shipping delivery window: 5–7 business days (after your order is processed). Expedited options may be available at checkout.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may become available as we grow.
Shipping Protection
Check out with shipping protection and never run into issues with lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Your package will be fully covered in the case of an incident.

Important Shipping Notes
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Orders placed with incorrect addresses that have already shipped cannot be updated. If the order is returned to us, we will happily resend it — additional shipping fees may apply.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
If you purchase a pre-order item, your full order will ship once all items are in stock. Estimated ship dates will be listed on each product page.
Holiday Shipping
Please expect minor delays during Christmas & New Year, Mother's Day, Black Friday / Cyber Monday, and product launches. We will always communicate clearly if there are unexpected delays.
