Eligible for Returns
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging
- Returns must be authorized before being sent back

- Homeopathic, ingestible, or topical formulas
- Red-light devices or personal wellness tools that have been used
- Gifts or promotional items
- Digital downloads or gift cards
- Sale items, bundles, or clearance items
How to Return

Email contact@maketheglowup.com with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos.

Get Authorization
Once approved, you'll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

Ship It Back
Ship the product in secure packaging using the provided return address.

Receive Refund
Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days.
